Brown v. Miss. Dep't of Health - A unanimous jury returned a verdict in favor of Mr. Brown in his retaliation claim.  Mr. Brown's retaliation asserted that he had been denied a promotion because he had pursued a race discrimination case against his employer.  In his prior case a jury returned a verdict in favor of Mr. Brown for $200,000.
